Women in the midlife rite of passage are like treasure chests of possibility. My work involves creating learning experiences where  it's easier for inner and outer worlds to merge. We are more than the bodies, personalities, and stories we inhabit. Inside each of us resides something as ancient and ageless as it is powerful-- something calling us home. This is the only journey there is, and one which my work has shown can be undertaken by all of us. As someone with more than two decades experience in creating and facilitating workshops and retreats, I draw from a variety of traditions and tools for growth.

The gift of working with you one to one is that in a just a few sessions we can begin to trade old patterns for a new life direction.  We start with the A-Z of where you are now- looking at elements such as emotional/ hormonal balance, lifestyle, work, love, heart-aches, dreams, frustrations-- to see what’s working and what needs attention. Once you’re able to see yourself through a clearer lens, we move straight to researching and implementing a plan of action with practical steps. The best part is that change doesn’t have to mean struggle- we can get there with ease and grace!

This course introduces universal midlife themes and topics. Key areas such as natural approaches to hormone balance, rethinking relationships and vocation are examined from new perspectives using a variety of  interactive exercises. As we support each other in living more deliberate, authentic lives  and women are often amazed to discover that growth can equal having a lot more fun.
