2008 Waipu- Waihoihoi Lodge
This was our first retreat in beautiful Waipu on the coast. Nine of us went and had a blast!
2009 Women's Wellness weekend: Wellpark Albany
This amazing weekend combined the talents of 4 presenters over 2 days...We ate, listened, slept, hiked, danced, laughed and participated and learned a lot. Topics included natural approaches to preventing breast cancer, flower essences, understanding hormonal balance, and opening to the intuitive heart at midlife.
2010 Whatipu Nature Retreat
Having returned from sacred pilgrimages to Ireland and Scotland I began incorporating Celtic spirituality into
the heart of my teaching. So it was that a group of us participated in a weekend of discovery based on ritual time in nature. One hilight was definitely sacred dances by fire light inside the massive main cave.
